INTERNATIONAL LEARNING WEEK
We have had such a brilliant week. We have been all working really hard across the school to learn as much as we can about people living in other countries across the world.
We found out about adults and children in Cambodia who live and work in rubbish dumps. They get paid less than $1 per day to hunt for bottles and cans to recycle. It really got everyone thinking about the global issue of recycling. We have been working in groups across 5 afternoons to use inspiration from artists to create our own recycled artwork.
Look at our amazing creations!
We did an art exhibition to parents at the end of the week – here are some of the comments that were made about the artwork.
